New Appointments Group is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to manage the IT Support function, develop the team and drive service improvements across the business.
The role is home-based with occasional travel to the Head Office in Rayleigh (1-2 days per week). Salary between 50,000 and 65,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, permanent full-time, with benefits including pension and health cover. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance ITIL processes and support critical projects.
