Location: City of Edinburgh
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Technology Service Operations B (Colleague IT Service Desk Support Analyst) in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, providing support on a wide range of IT issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will help colleagues resolve problems quickly while maintaining accurate records. This hybrid, full-time role offers structured shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm, with two days in the office and 60% home working.
