Royal London Group is seeking a Scrum Master to join the Protection & Equity Release Value Stream. You will lead one or more squads, coach teams, and foster an agile mindset to deliver value for customers.
The role is permanent in Alderley Park with hybrid working (50% home/office). You will partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to refine backlogs, track metrics, and remove blockers to enable incremental delivery.
