Pontoon Solutions is seeking a Desktop Migration Support Engineer for an initial 12‑month contract based in Chester with hybrid working. The role centers on end‑user computing support, desktop migrations, and delivering excellent customer service to users.
You will troubleshoot desktop, application, hardware, and access issues, support remote users, and collaborate with engineering teams while expanding knowledge in virtual desktop technologies such as Citrix and Horizon.
