Trust In SODA is seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding of new clients onto its fintech platform. You will coordinate between Sales, Technology and Customer Success to ensure accurate setup and successful go-live across test and production environments.
You will manage configurations, collaborate on onboarding requirements, support API integrations, and maintain project documentation while improving onboarding processes for better client outcomes.
