Axiom Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable IT support specialist to coordinate desktop support duties across devices and operating systems. You will provide onsite and on‑call assistance to end-users to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year in desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365, good communication, and familiarity with ticketing systems. On-site work and occasional after-hours support may be required.
