Join our growing Cloud Operations team where technical expertise meets innovation. You will oversee the management of Extreme Cloud products, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with global teams in the US, EU, and China. Your primary mission will be to enhance service reliability and improve deployment automation in our cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Extreme Cloud products and services
• Troubleshoot cloud application and infrastructure issues
• Participate in continuous cloud operations with global teams
• Improve deployment automation for Kubernetes applications
• Provide support for Edge Cloud products 24/7
Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
• 5+ years in a Cloud Ops or Dev Ops role
• Experience with AWS or another public cloud
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and ArgoCD
