At Tecsys, we are searching for a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the performance of our mission-critical SaaS environments. Your expertise in incident management and cloud technologies like AWS will help maintain our infrastructure's reliability and efficiency. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to foster innovative solutions and continuous improvement throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams for system design and launch reviews
• Innovate to strengthen platform solutions and reduce complexity
• Measure and monitor live service health using observability tools
• Lead incident management and blameless postmortems
• Maintain technical documentation and SRE practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or Dev Ops
• Proven experience with AWS and Kubernetes scaling
• Familiarity with IaC and automation practices
• Strong knowledge of monitoring systems and scripting
• Effective communicator in English for diverse teams
