Service Now Service Mapping specialist, £470 per day inside IR35

6 months initially, Coventry & Remote Working

Bench IT require a Service Now Service Mapping specialist to support the mapping of application services within Service Now ITOM. The resource will work with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams to analyse application dependencies and create accurate end-to-end service maps aligned to the Service Now CSDM model. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience detailed below.

* This position is hybrid working 1 day per week working in Coventry with the remaining time working from home*

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse application architectures, infrastructure dependencies, credentials and access requirements.
• Design and build Service Maps for in-scope application services.
• Configure and modify Service Mapping patterns where required.
• Define and validate relationships between Business Services, Business Applications, Application Services, Technical Services and Infrastructure CIs.
• Work with application teams to validate service dependencies and map accuracy.
• Support testing and remediation of Service Mapping issues.
• Ensure service maps meet agreed acceptance criteria and provide visibility through Service Now Dependency Maps and Unified Maps.
