Enable Technology in Borehamwood is seeking an IT support engineer to be the first contact for client incidents and to resolve issues on first contact where possible. You will manage Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, and handle network faults, with a focus on proactive problem solving.
As part of a ~20-strong MSP, you’ll work across multiple clients, documenting fixes in our knowledge base and escalating with full context when needed.
