Tailscale is seeking a Support Engineer (Tier
2) to join a distributed team delivering high-quality support to a diverse set of customers, from startups to enterprise, by troubleshooting complex networking and identity-provider integration issues.
You will own escalations from Tier 1, collaborate with Product/Eng to reduce friction, mentor junior staff, and communicate clearly with empathy across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms, while maintaining SLAs and CSAT goals.
