Location: Kingston upon Hull
Gateway Ticketing Systems UK is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (UK Remote, bilingual English & French) to provide second-line technical support for customers across parks, museums, zoos and attractions. You will triage requests via phone, email, and portal and document solutions for rapid resolutions.
The role requires fluent English and French, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Travel up to 10% and MS Office proficiency are expected.
