Outcomes First Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Field Engineer to join our field-based team across the South West. The role provides 2nd and 3rd line support for multiple sites, blending onsite and remote work, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud and end-user devices.
You will collaborate with infrastructure, security and applications teams, manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune and Jamf, and travel regularly to sites within the region.
