Position: ServiceNow HAM Pro Developer Hybrid Role

This position focuses on enhancing Service Now HAM Pro modules for effective hardware asset management. You will manage everything from procurement to disposal and integrate systems like CMDB and Discovery. With an emphasis on automation and accuracy, you'll utilize your 8+ years of Service Now development experience to tackle complex asset workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Service Now HAM Pro modules

• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle

• Integrate HAM with CMDB and procurement systems

• Develop custom scripts and workflows for automation

• Create reports for asset utilization and lifecycle status
Requirements:

• 8+ years of Service Now development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with HAM Pro

• Solid understanding of IT asset lifecycle management

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting

• Knowledge of inventory management processes
