Version 1 is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst in Belfast to provide deskside and remote IT support across Dublin and London. You will handle incidents, perform triage, and maintain IT infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will work from home or Version 1 offices, with occasional travel to customer sites. The role requires 2–5 years' deskside experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Service Now and ITIL frameworks.
