Drive ERP transformation projects with a leading firm in Oshawa, ON. This hybrid role focuses on delivering multiple projects, utilizing Agile principles, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and project success.
In this full-time ERP Project Manager position, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of numerous concurrent projects within the ERP transformation program. You will collaborate with business sponsors to define objectives, develop project plans, and manage resources effectively. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will facilitate project execution and enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the delivery of concurrent ERP transformation projects
• Define project scope, priorities, and business deliverables
• Manage project plans, risks, and communications
• Lead daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business or IT
• PMP or Prince2 certification required
• 10+ years in ERP project delivery
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
