Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to enhance decisioning across marketing channels

• Connect Mar Tech teams with data analytics and marketing operations

• Design and enhance customer decisioning processes

• Collaborate to optimize campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years in marketing strategy or Mar Tech

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries

• Proven ability to work across diverse business teams

• Strong knowledge of AI-driven decisioning frameworks

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools
