Victim Support in Cardiff is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for colleagues. You will provide 1st line (and some 2nd line) technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and help users with Windows, Office and hardware in a friendly, professional way.
We welcome applicants with 1st/2nd line experience, familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office, Active Directory) and strong communication. The role includes hybrid working and a supportive team culture.
