Role Overview Theyarelookingforanexperienced Lead Data Scientisttospearheadmachine -learning initiatives,withparticularfocusoncomputervision,largelanguagemodels,andproductionreadyMLpipelinesin
Azure.
Youwillactasthetechnicalleadfortheteam,setting direction,guidingbestpractices,andensuringthesuccessfuldeliveryofhigh-impactAIsolutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop,train,anddeploycomputervisionmodels(object detection,image classification,segmentation,multi-modal learning) Fine-tune,evaluate,andproductionisemulti-modalLLMsforbusinessapplications. DriveexperimentationandprototypingofadvancedML/AI techniques Providetechnicaldirection,mentoring,andhands-onguidancetothedatascienceteam. Workwithengineering,product,andbusinessstakeholderstoalignMLstrategywithbusinessgoals. Architectandproductioniseend-to endMLpipelineson
Azure,whileensuringscalability,reproducibility,andmonitoringofdeployedmodels. Requirements 6yearsindatascience/ML,withatleast2yearsinatechnicalleadrole. Deepexperienceintraininganddeployingcomputervisionmodelsintoproduction ProventrackrecordwithLLMfine-tuning,promptengineeringandproductionisation DeepexperienceinMLOpson
Azure,including CI/CD,monitoringandscalingpipelines. Strongcodingskillsin Python,withframeworkssuchas
