SAP Success Factors Senior Consultants - MUST BE SC CLEARED - Preston and Remote - 3 months+

Blue chip client is urgently looking for many SAP Success Factors Consultants.

Clearance required:

BPSS + SC eligible is fine but they need to be in the process of applying for them to begin working on the account. Dual nationals are also fine.

Location:

It is 3 days a week Tues-Thur in Preston.

IR35 Status: PAYE via Umbrella company only.

• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP Success Factors solutions with expertise and certifications in one or more Success Factors module(s).
• Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models.
• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the Success Factors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
• Ensure quality delivery of our Technology solutions.
• Contribute to shaping our response to RFPs and collaborate with other teams during the pre‑sales process, including the delivery of expert demos to prospective clients.
• Build and continually strengthen your network across our Clients and Partners.

• You will have strong knowledge of Success Factors across multiple modules and experience in working across multiple HR domains on Global projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Familiar with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics and SAP Work Zone, and how they enhance employee experience.
• Experience in leading pre‑sales activities and articulating the benefits Success Factors brings to clients.
• Enjoy mentoring and developing talent as well as sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP Practice.
