Intelligent Steps is seeking a Service Now Designer for a long-term project in the Telecommunications sector. The role covers design, administration, and ongoing improvements across the Service Now platform, working largely remotely on a rolling 6-month contract outside IR35.
You will implement modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM), build integrations via REST/SOAP, and ensure best practices while aligning with ITIL processes.
