Location: Kingston upon Hull
NTT DATA Services in the United States is seeking an Account Service Advisor to join our ITSM team in a fully remote role. You will coordinate incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis, ensuring effective service delivery and client communications.
Required:
8+ years in service management, ITIL Foundation, and strong documentation skills. Must reside in the United States and work East Coast hours; occasional travel may be required.
