We're looking to recruit an SC Cleared Azure Cloud Engineer for a leading technology services organisation. This is a hands-on technical role supporting secure enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

The role will suit someone with strong Azure and Microsoft infrastructure experience who enjoys resolving technical issues, supporting change activity, improving services, and working closely with project, operations and service desk teams.

This is a home-based role with minimal travel. Due to the nature of the work, active SC Clearance is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure services across customer and internal environments.
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents, major incidents, problems and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Supporting technical changes in line with change control procedures.
• Working with project, operations and service desk teams to support service transition and BAU handover.
