Pre-Sales / Solution Architect (Acumatica Cloud ERP) — Birmingham / Hybrid

Location: Birmingham (hybrid — 2–3 days in the West Midlands office, remainder home-based, with travel to client workshops and Acumatica events as required)

About the role:

We are working with a growing Acumatica Cloud ERP partner that is expanding its pre-sales capability across the Midlands. This is a pivotal role owning solution design from first discovery through to architecture, scoping and a clean hand-over to delivery. With Acumatica's UK momentum building — the vendor's recent roadshow activity has drawn strong interest from distribution, manufacturing and construction buyers in the region — the successful candidate will sit at the front of an active and well-qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead pre-sales discovery, scoping and tailored demonstrations for prospective clients, translating business requirements into compelling, credible Acumatica solutions. You will design end-to-end architectures spanning core Acumatica modules, ISV add-ons and third-party integrations, prepare and deliver proof-of-concept environments, support bid and proposal work, and partner closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure what is sold can be built and what is built matches the promise.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone with solid mid-market cloud ERP experience — ideally Acumatica, though strong Net Suite, Business Central or SAP Business One backgrounds will be considered — including time in a solution architect or senior pre-sales capacity. You will be a confident presenter able to run a persuasive demo, commercially aware, comfortable shaping solutions across distribution, manufacturing or construction, and happy to travel occasionally for client workshops and vendor events.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
