Health Research Authority (HRA) is recruiting a Lead Business Analyst to set the direction for business analysis within a digital transformation programme. You will lead a team of BAs, partner with Product, SME, UCD and Tech teams, and shape priorities while ensuring value delivery.
We seek someone who combines strategic influence with attention to detail, capable of guiding teams through change and uncertainty in a dynamic environment within the UK health research ecosystem.
