We are seeking a skilled IT Process Developer to join our dynamic team at Artis Recruitment. This hybrid role is based in Central Bristol, offering a flexible working arrangement with two days per week onsite. As part of a dedicated Agile delivery team, you will focus on enhancing business efficiency through automation and digital transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and optimize business processes within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to create scalable, intelligent solutions that streamline operations and improve overall productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in workflow and business process applications, combined with technical expertise in JavaScript and T-SQL. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will have proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). A solid understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft ecosystem is essential. Candidates should demonstrate experience working in Agile environments and possess practical knowledge of JavaScript and T-SQL. A strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and solutions-focused approach are crucial for success in this role.

Additionally, experience contributing as an active team member on projects is highly valued. Desirable qualifications include experience with HTML and/or Visual Basic, as well as broader exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly deeper customization of Dynamics 365. • Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, adhering to Agile methodologies.
• Enhance and optimize existing applications within Power Platform and Dynamics, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and develop custom apps within Power Apps to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all new and existing processes to facilitate maintenance and future enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reports and management information dashboards across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate processes across various systems and applications, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing support and training to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related development tools to ensure effective utilization.
• Manage and prioritize development requests effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
