Flotek Group is seeking a Comms Specialist Engineer to provide high-quality remote support across VoIP, connectivity and data networking. This desk-based role suits an experienced helpdesk engineer with troubleshooting and strong customer communication.
You will be the first point of contact on our helpdesk, resolving issues within SLAs, escalating when needed, and contributing to continual service improvement while growing toward senior comms engineering roles.
