Our client is a leading organisation within the Service Now ecosystem whohas an immediate requirement for a permanent Service Now ITSM Support Specialist for an onsite working role Battersea, London, UK.

Applicants need to possess the following skills :

• Service Now - 5years+
• ITSM
• Service Now Support - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD EXPERIENCE OF PROVIDING SERVICENOW SUPPORT.
• Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
• The role will involve technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ITSM incident management, macOS and iOS environments, documentation, gathering business requirements,development,CSM, support and implementation.
• Salary - £60-65k + Benefits
