Assured Data Protection is seeking a bright Escalation Engineer – Service Desk (L4) for night shift (10pm–6am), primarily home-based with daytime onboarding and occasional travel to offices. Provide advanced technical support across backup and recovery, hardware, software and network issues.
You will resolve complex incidents, mentor junior staff, ensure SLAs, document cases, and contribute to internal knowledge.
