The role is designed for an experienced implementation professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.

You will lead large‑scale software implementations, guiding projects from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and launch.

As a senior expert, you will help define implementation standards, improve delivery practices, and mentor others within a growing professional services environment.

The position requires strong customer partnership skills, business understanding, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Translate complex customer requirements into scalable configuration solutions while balancing functionality, maintainability, and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards across implementation work streams, documentation, configurations, and testing processes.
  • Identify implementation risks, troubleshoot complex challenges, and drive effective resolutions with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, priorities, and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Support and guide other implementation consultants by sharing expertise and ensuring consistent delivery quality.
  • Serve as a strategic customer partner by facilitating workshops, discussions, and decision‑making sessions.
  • Document implementation approaches, best practices, lessons learned, and reusable resources to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to share insights and improve solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodologies, tools, templates, and operational processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience delivering enterprise software implementations, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in complex customer environments. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, managing stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes through structured problem‑solving and collaboration.

  • 12+ years of experience implementing enterprise software within SaaS, professional services, government technology, or similar environments.
  • Proven experience independently managing complex, multi‑phase implementations from discovery through deployment.
  • Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post‑launch support.
  • Experience working with government or public sector customers is highly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in configuration, workflow design, and translating business needs into practical software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building trusted customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience improving processes, methodologies, and delivery practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms, Salesforce‑based solutions, Gov Tech ecosystems, permitting, licensing, or government service workflows is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Canada and the United States approximately 30–40%.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $140,000–$195,000 CAD
, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay considerations.
  • Remote work flexibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee and family wellbeing.
  • Paid time off and wellness‑focused programs.
  • Opportunities to work on impactful technology projects serving communities and public organizations.
  • Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture focused on ownership, growth, and continuous learning.
