Position: OnePlan Solution Consultant Role
Become a Solution Consultant at One Plan and transform how clients manage projects. This remote contract-to-permanent position focuses on implementing AI-powered project solutions.

As a Solution Consultant for One Plan, you will partner with clients to optimize their project and portfolio management strategies through best-in-class solutions. You’ll leverage your hands-on experience to lead discovery sessions, configure systems, and ensure clients fully realize the benefits of One Plan's offerings. Your technical and consultative skills will be essential to achieving successful outcomes in client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client-focused discovery sessions for needs assessment

• Implement Work Management tools like One Plan or Smartsheet

• Configure financial tracking and project plans for delivery

• Utilize Microsoft tools to develop client solutions

• Oversee rollout phases while managing stakeholder feedback

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years implementing PPM or Work Management platforms

• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem required

• Strong communication skills for remote client interaction

• Capacity for managing multiple responsibilities and projects

• Professionalism in navigating client environments
