Our client (a government agency) is seeking a project manager to support them in implementing a comprehensive AI strategy using Hermes. The goal is to establish and clarify the organizational, technical, legal, and functional prerequisites for the productive use of AI applications. This includes considering both generative AI applications and AI functionalities within existing business applications.

• Defining a strategic direction for the use of AI, including a fundamental decision on the use and/or integration of nationwide solutions.
• Developing target architectures, a high-level concept for the operating model, and the necessary prerequisites regarding data quality, data availability, process harmonization, governance, and compliance.
• Identifying, prioritizing, and evaluating use cases with high business value and deriving concrete implementation recommendations.
• Creating a sound basis for decision-making for a department-wide implementation project.
• Optional:
  Reviewing and, if necessary, developing a concise AI guideline or AI strategy.

• Tertiary-level education in computer science or business
• HERMES certification (at least Hermes 5.1 Foundation or higher)
• More than 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience leading an AI project in a larger organization
• German as the project language (C2 level)
• French (B2 level)
