Location: Greater London
Lendable is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join the compliance team to design and deliver structured monitoring reviews, identifying risks and gaps, and working with stakeholders to remediate findings. This is a hands-on role to strengthen second-line assurance in a fast-moving fintech.
You'll report to the Compliance and Governance Manager and collaborate with teams across the business and with external bodies including the FCA and ICO.
