The Gambling Commission is seeking a 2nd line ICT Helpdesk professional to join its Birmingham team. This permanent, full-time role provides 37 hours per week of helpdesk cover from 8am to 6pm, with predominately Birmingham office attendance and occasional home working by agreement.
You will resolve software and hardware issues, author ICT guidance, and ensure compliance with security and continuity requirements.
