Version 1 is recruiting a Senior Oracle ERP Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Managed Services across ERP, HCM and EPM. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive service excellence, growth, and operational performance.
In this role you will own delivery, manage client engagements, and ensure alignment with ITIL and ISO 20000 standards while guiding cross-functional teams through complex transformations for major UK organisations.
