Senior Data Analyst Remote​/Hybrid Position

Become a vital part of the Canadian Red Cross as a Senior Data Analyst in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on data analysis, visualization, and facilitating strategic business decisions.

You will report to the Lead of Data and Analytics and play an essential role in enhancing the quality of data processes. Your responsibilities will encompass leading complex analytical initiatives, mentoring fellow team members, and fostering a culture of data-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data analysis and coordinate projects

• Create visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders

• Evaluate source system data mapping for accuracy

• Foster collaboration for standardized data analysis

• Develop insightful reports for leadership

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in advanced SQL and analytical tools

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms

• Experience with data management best practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
