This position involves hands-on support, utilizing skills in analysis, implementation, and change management to ensure clients achieve project milestones. Your expertise in utility business processes and customer engagement will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage utility CIS solutions effectively

• Lead client training and support throughout implementation

• Conduct gap and root cause analyses for business assessments

• Configure applications according to client business needs

• Drive user acceptance testing and change management processes

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
