We are seeking a highly motivated, remote-ready Project Manager with hands-on experience in Web-Based Development to lead small-to-medium scale projects from initiation to formal closure.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery:
Own the project lifecycle, ensuring on-schedule, within-budget delivery of web-based development projects.
Planning & Tracking:
Create realistic plans; estimate and monitor costs, timescales, and resource requirements; and take decisive corrective action if projects drift.
Governance & Controls:
Manage formal change control procedures and secure sign-offs from sponsors, design authorities, and project boards.
Risk & Compliance:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in compliance with CITS processes.
Team Leadership:
Motivate the development team, support skill growth, and manage performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong business relationships and keep stakeholders updated with regular, accurate reports.
Technical & Post-Project Review:
Evaluate technical options, formally close projects, and capture lessons learned.

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing Web-Based Development projects.
Strong track record in end-to-end project management, budget control, and change management.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, part-time (3 days/week) model.
