HALA, a leading fintech group in the MENAP region, seeks a Senior Head of Data to build and govern the enterprise data strategy, data platforms, and governance across fintech and banking domains in Saudi Arabia. You will lead Data Engineering, BI, Analytics and Data Governance teams to enable analytics, AI, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
You will oversee data warehouses/lakes, ensure data quality, integrate with payment systems and CRM, and align with SAMA PDPL security standards.
