Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role, or similar
- Experience with Azure AD and Entra
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services
- Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead
Responsibilities:
- Support end users with 1st and 2nd line tickets
- Escalate issues to the Senior Engineer when required
- Work on project activity including migrations and cyber security initiatives
- Carry out Microsoft 365 administration tasks
