Zero Surplus, a well-established IT solutions provider, is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their helpdesk team. You will deliver 1st-3rd line support for business clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and administer Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, InTune).
The role is hybrid, mostly remote with occasional onsite at the Cambridge office or client sites in the East of England, with working hours 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday and a focus on customer
