Position: IT Support Analyst for CNL Remote
Location: Chalk River

Join CNL as an IT Support Analyst and contribute to advancing clean energy through remote technical support. Engage with users to effectively diagnose and resolve their IT challenges daily.

This fully remote position requires effective communication and troubleshooting skills to assist employees across various sites. You’ll be responsible for maintaining user accounts and ensuring software functionality while building a knowledge base that enhances team efficiency.

Experience with Microsoft Office products and networking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle user requests via online channels and phone

• Remote troubleshooting of client hardware and software

• Update and modify user accounts as specified

• Create documentation for Knowledge Base

• Facilitate testing and updates with team members

Requirements:

• IT diploma or equivalent training, A+ certification is a plus

• Minimum two years of relevant technical experience

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and Active Directory

• Must be eligible for Level 2 Security Clearance
