About the Job you are considering:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in AVQ Risk Profiling and Suitability assessments within Wealth Management The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements supporting regulatory and client suitability processes and partnering with stakeholders to deliver technology and process enhancements

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
  • Elicit analyse and document business requirements for AVQ Attitude to Volatility Questionnaire risk profiling and suitability processes
  • Work closely with Compliance Advisory Product and Technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories and process flows
  • Support implementation and enhancement of suitability client risk assessment and investment governance frameworks
  • Conduct gap analysis impact assessments UAT planning and test execution
    Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure solutions comply with FCAMiFID II and wealth management regulatory requirements
Your Skills
  • Proven Business Analyst experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking
  • Strong knowledge of AVQ risk profiling suitability reviews and investment advisory processes
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as FCA MiFID II and Consumer Duty
  • Skilled in requirements gathering process mapping UAT and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills
