I'm looking for a versatile IT helper to assist with a small, non-specialized project at my home office. Tasks include configuring a new router, basic network setup, software updates, and troubleshooting a couple of slow desktop PCs. I’d prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly and avoid jargon. Ability to work independently, respect my time, and ensure data safety is important.
If you have experience with Windows and macOS, as well as basic hardware checks, that would be ideal. Availability to start within the next week and fit around a flexible daytime schedule would be great.
