Senior Platform Engineer

Position: Senior Platform Engineer Hybrid Role
Become a Senior Platform Engineer at Manulife, focusing on building and deploying cloud infrastructure on multiple cloud platforms. Work in a dynamic hybrid setting to enhance our cloud capabilities.

In this role, you will leverage over six years of cloud experience to lead the design of scalable and secure infrastructures. You’ll manage cloud solutions aligned with business needs while utilizing tools such as Terraform and Cloud Formation. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures seamless integration of services and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and deployment of cloud infrastructures

• Implement cloud solutions aligning with best practices

• Maintain Infrastructure as Code using Cloud Formation

• Identify and resolve cloud infrastructure challenges

• Communicate effectively with IT and development teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years in cloud-related roles

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar

• 4+ years experience with Terraform or similar

• In-depth knowledge of key cloud concepts

• Expertise with Kubernetes and Containers
