Dover District Council is offering an IT Support Apprenticeship to start your career in IT. You will provide first and second line support through a service desk and investigation, setting up and securing endpoint devices, and maintaining asset registers.
You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and database administration while following ITIL-like change control and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team.
