Zenith is seeking an Application Support Engineer to investigate and resolve complex issues across critical business systems. The role splits time between our Kirkstall Forge, Leeds and Altrincham offices with remote working as part of an agile model.
You’ll own escalated issues, use SQL and logs to diagnose root causes, and collaborate with Software Engineers to enhance system reliability and integration. Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
