Job Title: NOC Analyst (Graduate) - Day & Night Shift Rotation
Location: Bathgate
Salary: Up to £28,000 + benefits
Type: Full-time, permanent | In-person | Day & Night shift
The RoleWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client’s Network Operations Centre (NOC). Our client is an authorised Starlink and Amazon LEO reseller, one of the leading providers in the UK, with a global operational footprint. They are seeking a Graduate NOC Analyst to join their established support team. This role is based on-site at their Bathgate office and operates on a 12-hour shift pattern, covering both day and night shifts.
Please note this position requires you to be in the office during shifts, remote working will not be considered for this position.
Responsibilities- Act as part of a night shift NOC team supporting a critical client base
- Provide first-line and escalated technical support alongside Network Engineering and Service Delivery teams
- Resolve networking incidents and service requests efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Log and manage faults and service requests within the company’s CRM system
- Carry out initial diagnostics and aim to resolve the majority of incidents at first point of contact
- Work within strict SLAs to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Ensure accurate handover of outstanding issues between shifts
- Keep customers informed of progress and maintain clear, up-to-date system records
- Configure and troubleshoot networking technologies including Starlink systems, Private 5G, switches, routers, and modems
- Liaise with third‑party engineers and suppliers to support fault resolution
- Provide remote support, configurations, and link checks for field engineering teams
- Actively monitor networks using network monitoring tools
- Escalate issues appropriately to third‑party suppliers when required
- Operate within an ITIL‑aligned service environment
- Proven experience working in a NOC or supporting enterprise networks
- Eligibility for SC Clearance
- Experience with Low Earth Orbit (LEO) solutions (advantageous)
- Exposure to Ubiquiti solutions (advantageous)
- Ability to perform consistently in a high-pressure, SLA‑driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
