We're hiring an SEO Strategist to own a portfolio of B2B clients across traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) — helping brands rank in classic search and get cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

As our next SEO Strategist, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional results for our clients across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.

• Manage Client Relationships:
  Oversee a portfolio of 10–15 clients, acting as their trusted SEO and AEO/GEO advisor and main point of contact.
• Drive SEO & AEO/GEO Strategy:
  Create and execute data-driven strategies - from keyword research and technical audits to content planning, off-page optimisation, and optimising content for visibility in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar).
• Analyse & Report:
  Lead monthly reporting calls using tools like Google Looker Studio, providing insights and actionable recommendations on both organic search rankings and AI/answer engine visibility.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work closely with our content, design, and PPC experts to deliver integrated marketing performance that spans SEO, AEO, GEO, and paid channels.

We're searching for an SEO professional with drive, curiosity, and a passion for excellence, ideally with an eye on where search is heading next.

• Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and present findings clearly.
• Awareness of how AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) are reshaping how content gets discovered and cited by AI tools.
