Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC ("Zone") is seeking a Systems & Support Engineer to join our remote-first IT team. You will provide front-line technical support across Windows and macOS, manage device provisioning, identity platforms, and cloud infrastructure, and help optimize processes with automation.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in global SaaS IT support, strong troubleshooting, and experience with Intune, Jamf, Okta, Entra , Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure.
